1) Why should I choose aluminum
fencing?
Penny for penny, it’s simply the best value – a true low-maintenance solution and a natural choice for strength, durability and beauty. There are no more loose nails, rotten boards, or rusty fences to maintain…no more paint jobs. Aluminum is built to last…and last…and last.
2) Why should I trust PPI
with my fencing needs?
In a word: quality. Our fence panels and posts are constructed of high strength 6063-T6 aluminum alloy, with a minimum yield strength of 35,000 p.s.i. – much greater than most other manufacturers' products. Our residential panels are built with the same strength that other companies use for their industrial panels.
3) How long will it take to
receive my fence?
We do everything in our power to get you your fence fast. Our most popular in-stock fence panels are shipped within just three to four days. If you want us to custom-make your fence to your specifications, please expect to receive your fence within two to three weeks.
4) Will my fence be covered
by a warranty?
Absolutely. We provide a Lifetime
Limited Warranty from any
paint defects, as well as on the workmanship of the fence.
5) What is B.O.C.A Swimming
Pool Fence Code?
The Building Officials and Code Administrators International (BOCA)
is an association of professionals employed in the establishment
and enforcement of building codes, which are the rules and regulations
that govern the design and construction of buildings. BOCA encourages
cities and states to adopt uniform building codes, and promotes
competence and professionalism in the enforcement of those codes.

6) How long will my fence
last?
That depends on a lot of factors, such as local climate, soil conditions, and the quality of the materials. A properly installed fence will last many years as long as it is adequately maintained.
7) Are there standards that
apply to fence materials?
Yes, and we exceed all of them. Each of our aluminum products meets or exceeds AAMA 603.9-92 with 9-14-93 addendum. H-3H hardness.
8) Do I have a choice in colors?
We offer the three most popular colors: black, white, or bronze.
9) Do posts come with the
fence sections?
No. All posts are sold separately; that way, you only need to order the specific parts you will actually need.
10) Are sections and gates
assembled?
All fence sections and gates are, indeed, shipped fully assembled.
11) If I send you an e-mail
or a fax with a rough description of what I need in a fence, can
you provide me with an estimate?
Of course. Just fax or email us a sketch of your project along with your desired fence style, gate placement, and other specifications, and we'll give you an estimate of the cost to complete your project.
12) Do you offer installation
support?
In the Tri-County area (Pinellas, Pasco, Hillsboro), we subcontract to an excellent licensed and insured installer. Otherwise, you may want to call Mr. Handyman, a national company that handles fence installation. You can realistically expect a cost of $10-$17 per lineal foot for someone to perform the installation.
However, it’s quite easy to do the installation
yourself. Our installation guide gives you step-by-step instructions
on how to complete the job without spending a penny extra.
13) What if I need to return
my aluminum product?
That happens rarely. But if something is damaged or incorrect, we rectify the problem quickly, or work out an appropriate solution to keep the customer satisfied. Please see our return policy under Terms and Conditions.
14) Let's get right to the
bottom line. How do your prices compare?
Nobody can beat them. That’s just not our claim, it’s our guarantee. We will beat all other quotes for the exact same quality, height, color and style. You’ve seen the rest…now go with the best!
