Errors In Shipment
While we will take every precaution to ensure that orders are shipped complete in all respects, it is possible that mistakes may happen. We, therefore request that our customers bring to our notice any claims of material shortages within (3) days of the day of receipt. Fine Lines Aluminum Fence and Rail Products, LLC will not recognize any claims outside of this 3 day time frame. For a mistake made by us, we will pay the freight charges for the exchange of material. We require that the incorrect material be returned to us in its original packaging.

Order Cancellation Before Shipment
Cancellation to a standard order will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee. Cancellation to special orders will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations must be received (5) working days prior to shipping.
Special order fence products are not open to cancellation. The deposit will not be refunded. Please be sure that all special order fence has written authorization to assure no problems occur after the order is placed.
Cancellation to orders after they have been shipped will not be allowed.

Changes To An Order
Changes to an order must be made (5) working days prior to shipping. All changes must be confirmed in writing or by fax. Acceptance of the change will be confirmed by Fine Lines Aluminum Fence and Rail Products, LLCbased on availability of the product requested, otherwise the change will have to be written as a new order. Changes on a custom design will require (7) additional days to ship.

Your item(s) usually ships within 2 weeks of completed payment.

Small orders may be shipped sooner.
Shipping time is NOT guaranteed.

Material Damage
The freight carrier is responsible for any damage that occurs during transit. For any transit damage, please DO NOT REFUSE THE SHIPMENT. Note any visible damage on the delivery ticket and have the driver sign it. Notify the carrier immediately of "hidden damage" if damage is discovered after delivery. Fine Lines Aluminum Fence and Rail Products, LLC will not allow any deduction for damage when paying the invoice. A claim must be filed with the carrier to claim for damage. Fine Lines Aluminum Fence and Rail Products, LLC is NOT responsible for claim collection or material replacement.

Return Of Goods
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Fine Lines Aluminum Fence and Rail Products, LLC. Just contact us and we will process your return request promptly. All merchandise shipped to us for an authorized return must arrive prepaid in the original cartons with the "Return Authorization Form" and will be accepted by us subject to inspection. Any damage, such as scratches, marring, rub marks, dents, etc., will result in the fencing being scrapped and no credit will be given for these items. All merchandise accepted for return to stock will be charged a 15% restocking fee to cover the handling, inspection and repacking of the material. Any custom fence that is not a stock item will NOT be accepted for return.

Code Regulations
Fine Lines Aluminum Fence and Rail Products, LLC will not be held responsible for any of our products being installed against local building code requirements. Always check your local code regulations before purchasing ANY fencing products from ANY dealer. ALWAYS "Call Before You Dig" !!
