How can you offer this?

The reason we are able to do this is because hotels rarely experience full occupancy except during conventions, major holidays and weekends. So what they do is contract with licensed travel companies who then contract with certain promotional marketing companies, like us, to give these rooms out to get people to come in to see what they have to offer. We are a liason between travelers and the fulfilling travel agencies. What you have to understand is when the hotels have empty rooms, they do not make any money and it's a waste of a good room. Although the hotel lost the price of the room, regardless they can still let you stay for a fraction of the cost in the hopes that you might stay longer, eat in their in-house restaurants, spend money at their shops and casinos or even take advantage of their amenities (spa, room service, etc.). Then when you leave, after having a great time, they hope that you'll come back to stay with them in the future and maybe even tell a few friends about them. This builds repeat and referral business for the participating hotels. The hotels make their money re-booking you in future stays.

This vacation certificate is valid for a reservation registration activation form offering 2 adults 21 years of age plus up to 2 guests 7 nights in one of 3500 available resorts. Your only cost to redeem this certificate is a one-time $35 redemption fee. After redemption your only cost is $189 per person, double occupancy. Additional guests can travel for just a $49 per person for the week. Larger 2 and 3 bedroom units may be available for an additional surcharge of $99 per bedroom for the week. Reservation requests can be made with as little as 2 days notice, subject to availability. This offer is not good for group travel. Travel during peak season and holidays may not be available with this offer. All reservations are based upon availability. The recipient of this certificate is responsible for all expenses including but limited to: transfers, food, gratuities, all pertinent fees, taxes, surcharges and miscellaneous expenses. All vacation offers are subject to the fulfilling travel agencies availability and promotions inventory. You do not have to specify your travel dates at time of redeeming this certificate. After redeeming this certificate you will be sent the reservation registration activation form from the fulfilling travel agency who will book all your accommodations. In most cases you will be required to give the travel agency multiple travel dates just in case your 1st requested travel dates are not available. All reservations are subject to availability. This certificate cannot be combined with any other promotional vacation certificate offer. Please note that the expiration date on this certificate pertains to redemption of this certificate and not actual travel. You must redeem this certificate by the expiration date located on this certificate. Once you register with the fulfilling travel agency you will have at least 12 months to travel. Do I get to pick the resort?

No, but you do get to pick the travel dates. Remember, the resorts make their money on re-bookings. This is why we always place customers with the best possible deluxe hotel accommodations in the city of your choice.

What happens after I redeem this vacation certificate?
